Bleached eyebrows started showing earlier this summer when Adriana Lima appeared in Givenchy’s Fall/Winter ad campaign (pictured below) with no visible eyebrows. Since then, New York, Milan and Paris runways had been all about the bleached eyebrow. Models walking for Lanvin, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, and Viktor & Rolf (among many others) have been seen sporting this uniquely edgy, new trend.
To Get the Look
While completely bleached eyebrows are not completely practical, wearing a lighter colored brow can give an overall softness to your face. Especially if you’re not a natural blonde. If you decide to try out this trend, have a professional do it for the first time. Working with bleach is not the easiest thing to do and it’s best left to someone who knows what they are doing.
