To create the bold blue eyes at Marc by Marc Jacobs, makeup artist Dick Page patted the pale blue Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Color in Ice onto the lids and into a half-crescent shape. He then topped it off with the electric blue Curacao shade from the new Eye Color Bar.
